Tractable.ai wanted to launch their four pillar AI products for Insurance at their Customer Summit. The challenge was simplifying the complex technology whilst communicating the value and technical excellence of the products in a short timeframe. We knew that storytelling through video and animation was the answer.
We worked with Tractable's in-house marketing and design teams to collaborate on ideation and storyboarding for each unique AI offering. The vision of their products is to improve the customer's experience, the best way to communicate this was through video and animation of the product in action. Our design and production team captured the demo products working magic.
Animation
With tech, not all areas of a journey are easily captured with film. We produced design and animation to highlight the high-level view of the customer journey, showing how Tractable can reduce huge wait times and increase ROI.
